About the Process

Yellow Honey: A pulp sun dried coffee lot with a percentage of the fruit mucilage retained on the coffee parchment whilst drying.

Cupper's Notes

This lot was processed as a yellow honey, which we saw fit to roast to a solid medium, dropped into the cooling tray at 204°C. In the cup, we came across a prominent sweetness, balanced to full body, and a light acidity. We discovered these to be tasting notes of Plum, Brown Sugar, and Blueberry.
