About the Process

180HRS Anaerobic Naturals: Anaerobically fermented coffee lot where whole cherries were fermented for 180 hours followed by drying the fermented cherries whole as a natural process.

Flavour Meter

This is an anaerobic fermented naturals process lot with 180 hrs fermentation time period that was roasted medium and dropped into the cooling tray at 204°C. This is an Omniroast making it fit for filter and espresso brewing both. This lot bears tasting notes of black cherry cola, gooseberry, and guava, identified by its black cherry like sweetness, gooseberry like mouthfeel, and long lasting guava finish.
